3. Meeting basic needs  Giraffes have long legs for kicking predators away and reaching tall trees to eat.  There eyes provide good vision.  Giraffes spots help them camouflage with tall trees.

4. Function of a Giraffe  Giraffes have thick rubbery lips so they won’t get hurt from eating trees with thorns.  There tails swap flies just like horses.  When giraffes drink water they have to squat so when predators come they can run  They can gallop at up to 30 mph

5. Food source  Giraffes eat tree leafs that means they are herbivores!  They find many trees in there ecosystems which is the savannah (grassland in africa)  They eat trees leafs because there stomach needs the nutrition
