C ONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW WORKING GROUP (CRWG) Consists of a representative group of ADEA members and Board executives who have experience in National/State governance and/or constitutional development or by-law changes. 4. P URPOSE OF THE C ONSTITUTIONAL R EVIEW W ORKING G ROUP 1. Identify inconsistencies within the Constitution and By-laws 2. Identify where changes can improve the governance of ADEA 3. Identify what specific changes need to be made 4. Make recommendations to the Board 4 adea.com.au
