3 Case Study - Town Of Superior  Governor Janet Napolitano leads state role to support Town of Superior’s economic development needs, through the AZ Dept of Commerce  One significant area of need – affordable high speed internet infrastructure and access  State’s Government Information Technology Agency (GITA) and other agencies soon began collaborative effort
