3. To-Do List Confirm date and location with various heads of state: USA, Japan, Italy and Germany still have not confirmed attendance. Provide security detail. Provide cover story to explain the presence of dignitaries in France on that date.

4. Warning Employees of various companies have already been vetted. Make sure to keep an eye on them as they will have direct access to the conference room and may have the opportunity place surveillance equipment. If you see something suspicious, contact JM immediately. Those companies are: Virtex (Cleaning), DuChaufour (Catering), Luxatel (A/V communication), Linguis (Translation).
