What is a Friend? A person you like to play and spend time with. A person that you trust.

How can I be a good friend? Use words to tell your friend how you feel. Use caring hands. Share Use kind words. Look at your friend to see how they feel.

Audio Lesson #3 Children will listen to audio examples of an appropriate and inappropriate ways of speaking. After an example of each pair we will discuss and practice using kind words.

Problem-Solving Lesson #4 Using pictures and scenarios from the Second Step Program, act out problems and problem solving strategies. Each scenario will be videotaped and viewed as a class resource.
