The giant Redwoods, or sequoia trees, can reach heights of over 300 ft. They grow in clumps and share a vast array of intermingled roots. Without each other, they would blow over in a storm.

Synergy! Now take one Baby step and when you meet a classmate or neighbor with a disability or impairment, don’t feel sorry for them or avoid them because you don’t know what to say. Instead, go out of your way to get acquainted.
