7 Waiver Information 1. Description of how the Project, has been coordinated through TEPPC, an SPG, or some other appropriate venue. 2. Considerations for “Significant” impact to WECC System: Are there any impacts to other systems – have studies demonstrated? Is there any impact on flow of energy on other systems? Are any WECC transfer paths impacted? Is some kind of flow control device needed or required as a part of the project? Is the project connected to other utilities systems? Do disturbances impact other entities?

8 Comprehensive Report Content 1. Initial Progress Report Requirements 2. Geographic Diagram 3. Modeling Details 4. Transfer Capability, impacts to other paths, etc. 1. Description of System Conditions 2. Operating Conditions 3. Non-Simultaneous and Simultaneous Interactions Don’t have to identify mitigation 4. List of Studies 5. Study Results, Plots, Contingencies 6. Milestone Schedule Allow for TSS Monitoring

9 Process The Progress Report Ad-hoc Task Force has modified the Project Coordination, Path Rating and Progress Report Processes documentation. The changes are primarily to the Progress Report Policies and Procedures section, but some changes were also made to the Project Coordination section. Both a red-line version and a clean version of the document were posted to the PCC section of the WECC website 30 days prior to the July 15, 2014 PCC meeting.
