What causes tooth deayWhat causes tooth deay. When you eat some food some gets stuck in your teeth. If you don/t clean your teeth the food stays in your tooth. It mixes with saiva and bacteria.The food turns into plaque. Makes a hole in your tooth and gives you a lot of pain.

How to keep your teeth cleanHow to keep your teeth clean. You need to brush your teeth. Visit the dentist and you need to floss your teeth. You need to brush for two minutes and clean them twice a day and use mouthwash.

GOING to the dentist. YOU need to go to the dentist for a check-up twice a year to make sure there is nothing wrong with your teeth. And you can use mouthwash and floss to make sue food does not stay between your teeth.
