5 As a caregiver, the nurse assesses the patient, analyzes his/her needs, develops nursing diagnoses, plans, delivers, evaluates nursing interventions and patient outcomes (apply nursing process). Nurse provide the holistic health care needs of the client. 5 a. Caregiver

21 As a Manager, a nurse has the authority, power, and responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating and directing work of others. The nurse is responsible for setting goals, make decisions, and solve problems that the organization may encounter. 21 h. Manager
