1) Professional football player (WR) I picked this career because, it’s a really fun sport and it’s a good way to release your anger or stress.

10 characteristics Values- you have to be patient and have great listening skills. Task and responsibilities- to be a wide receiver, you have to be able to block the defender if it’s a run. You also have to be able to run the right routes and catch the ball. Working with data-people-things- you have to deal with people putting you down. Working environment- fun, competitive, and rough. Working hours- 3 to 3 ½ hours of practice.

10 characteristics cont. Aptitudes and abilities- you have to be able to catch and get yards the entire game. Education and training- you have to train constantly to stay in shape. Salary and benefits- the average salary is about half a million to a million dollars. Career outlook- football is already a popular sport but I think that more and more people over the years will start to at least try it. International career outlook- it might be played all around the world.

Lifestyle/lifestyle goals I want to buy a nice mansion ($500,000 to 1,000,000) with my two pit bulls. I also want three cars, a Lamborghini Gallardo ($181,900), Ferrari LaFerrari ($400,000), and an Audi r8 ($196,300). I want a vacation house in the Caribbean right next to the beach. It will have to have an amazing view of the water and a nice pool and hot tub.

Location Hopefully I get drafted by the Kansas City chiefs so that I can buy a house there because; it seems like a really peaceful environment and people there seem really nice.

2) Pro skateboarder I picked this career because I have had so much success skateboarding over the last five years that I feel like if I put my heart to it that I can go pro. Skateboarding is not just a hobby to me it’s a lifestyle, and you can invent new trick and every skater has their own style.

10 characteristics Values- you must be determined, brave, and tough. Task and responsibilities- you have to represent your company on the streets and in contest. Working with data-people-things- you have to be good at skateboarding and handling pressure at contest. Work environment- the world is your work environment. Working hours- there isn’t any working hours.

10 characteristics cont. Aptitudes and abilities- you have to be really good at skateboarding because you want people to notice you so that they can buy your brand. Education and training- you do not need an education but you do have to train really hard for years and keep training when you do go pro. Salary and benefits- 1,000 to 10,000 a month Career outlook- I think that it will still be really popular in the future. International career outlook- I think it would be more popular in other countries that have not got the chance to ride a skateboard.

Lifestyle/lifestyle goals If I become a professional skateboarder I want to move to Los Angeles, California. I will want to buy a decent house near the downtown area so that I can be close to the big stair sets. I want to have at least two or three dogs, and I have to have a huge backyard. I would save up some money to buy a Dodge Charger.
