2. Morning  We leave TMS at 7:30 AM so be here by 7:20!  Registration and set up: – 8:00 to 8:45 – Exhibits: Floy Lewis Bakes Field House – Documentaries and Performances: Wismer Center (then to Olin or Bomberger Hall) – Lead student needs to register Can change title at this time

3. Judging  Judging is from 9:00 to 12:00  Hand them 3 copies of your process paper (title page, paper, annotated bib) and the judge form  Performances: have a copy of your script ready just in case  Exhibits: You may not leave your station until 12:00  Why?  No food or drinks in the Field House

4. Judging  It is going to be boring!  Bring things to do: – Ipod, video games, cards, books, homework, etc.

5. Lunch  You need to pack a lunch! – You can buy snacks at the café – Bring cash (small bills, not 20’s if you can help it) – It will be very busy/crowded

6. Awards Ceremony  Starts at 1:15  Exhibits: Floy Lewis Bakes Field House  Documentaries and Performances: Olin Auditorium  Over by 2:15

7. Other  Exhibits and Performances: – Dress your board/props for the weather  Documentaries: – You are responsible for your technology! – Must have a copy you can leave with the judges  Everyone: – Make sure you are dressed appropriately! – Professionally!
