The online trading post is almost complete and will be running soon. Be sure to pre-order. Online Trading Post

This year’s trading post will include the usual merchandise: T-shirts Patches Various section merchandise Etc. Merchandise

If there is an item that you want from the trading post, be sure to pre order. There will be a limited amount of extra merchandise on hand at conclave. Pre Order

So far, no lodges have requested to have merchandise in the trading post. If a lodge would like to include their merchandise in the trading post, Section will receive 10% of the sale price. The lodge will receive 90%. The lodge sets the price that their merchandise should sell for. Lodge Merchandise

Training Committee Budget $500 Budget Will be used for supplies – Printing Supplies Paper and Ink – Writing Utensils Markers, Pens, Pencils – Patches Training Patch for each college

Training Committee Wants Printing Location – Preferably near the check-in area. Will be used for printing schedules and other needed materials. Supplies – Writing utensils – Flip charts and/or projection screens – Electricity to session rooms.

Additional Information We are able to set up an individual registration for competing ceremony teams separate from registration if requested by the COC. – Evaluators are needed from each lodge by April 1 st.

Schedule Ceremony evaluations are currently expected to be between Quest and dinner, coinciding with dance and drum evaluations – However if more desirable they can be moved back to conflict with Quest Games

Schedule (If Needed) 2016 Conclave Publication Quest Timeline January 30, 2016 – Section COC @ Jett Potter Center Have each Lodge begin to think who they will assign as their two publications judges Request that Lodges send in their publications (Newsletter, Planbooks, Website URL can be emailed) February 15, 2016 – Lodges confirm their two judges and send contact info. February 30, 2016 – Lodges send their publications to Reece and James. The following week the score sheets and copies of publications will be mailed out to judges. March 15, 2016 – Judges submit their scores to Reece and James
