1. Summary Report Project Name: OHT Fiscal Report for 2012 Brief Project Description: Status of fiscal situation. Major milestones to date: New US-based Accountant and SOPS in place 2012. Transitioned a new US-based bookkeeper. In addition we have a new dues structure in place as well as an updated website with new payment options in place. Issues: The current sustainability plan needs revision. I will appoint a member committee to revisit based on our 2012 experience.
