12.  PEAS organised its 3 rd stake holder conference on 19-20 August 2009.  The item writing and review workshop of science and Social Studies of Grade IV was also planned for year 2008.

13.  Now, within Pakistan,NEAS/PEAS has established a partnership with the Institute of Education and Research (IER), P.U.Lhr. And  With the Federal College of Education (FCE) Islamabad as its assessment training centres (ATCs)

19.  Finally, it would be pertinent to note that the development of National/provincial assessment is a challenging and complex task.  NEAS/PEAS have generated data that can be used in research for high student achievement.

20.  Hence, assessment can help Teachers improve their classroom practices through assessment and professional development. Parents understand and use assessment findings to help their children reach their potentials.
