Courses will be marked with “Planned Sem” in the Look Ahead Audit report.

Click the “Planner” tab. The Planner Worksheet on the left shows your actual degree audit report, while the Planner Block on the right is where you can work on your study plan. Planner WorkSheet Planner Block

To add a plan, type in a name in the description. Students can only have one Active Plan. Check to activate the current plan.

Select a semester and check the box. Alternatively, students can use the “Check All Terms” and “Uncheck All” buttons to select or unselect all semesters. Select and check Or

Enter the course number (with a space between the subject code and number) and credit points of the course(s) you plan to take in that specific semester. The total number of credit points will be calculated automatically. Enter notes for your own reference if wanted. Notes here Enter the course number auto

You can explain your plan in Plan Notes at the end of the Planner Block. Click Save Plan to save. Process New to refresh.

You can see on the Planner Worksheet how far you are from fulfilling all the degree requirements if the plan is carried out. You can modify a plan and save it as a new plan by clicking “Save As…”. Remember: each student can only have one active plan.

To load another plan on the Planner Worksheet, select the plan from the pull-down menu and press “Load”.

To change the status of a plan from inactive to active, the original active plan should be inactivated first. Load the active plan, uncheck the box Active Plan and save. Plan A inactivated

Then, load the plan you want to activate. Check Active Plan and save. Plan B activated

If your advisor locks your plan, you will be prompted with a message. You can still edit the plan and save as a new plan.

Press “Delete Plan” to remove a plan.
