1. Usage of Windows MMC To Change Root SSL Certificate Properties in e-Payment User Clients(PC)

2. Open Windows-> Run and type mmc and Click OK

3. In MMC window select File- >Add/Remove Sanp in

4. Select “Certificates” under Available Snap ins: and Click Add

5. Click Finish and then OK

6. Double click on Certificates – Current User

7. Open Trusted Root Certification Authorities

8. Open Certificates folder

9. Navigate to “CCA India 2011” certificate and Double click

10. Click “Details” and then “Edit Properties”

11. Choose/mark “Enable all purposes for this certificate” and Click OK

12. Do the Same for “CCA India 2014” certificate

13. Close/Exit MMC (File-> Exit) and Click NO under “Save Console settings to Console1?”

14. Now Re-open the Browser and goto https://vat.kar.nic.in/epay
