Targets position to receive ball and accelerate off first touch onto the pitch. Defending team leaves the pitch and two new attackers enter.

Deep attacked finds space to one side. Attacker with ball takes the free space. Choose to pass or dribble. VARIATION – add another square with defender and attacker

New group after a goal or ball out of play. - One player joins from each line - Attack with speed - Target player must free himself in on side position - Use the dribble to force a decision by defenders - Read the game VARIATION – begin next group with a deep ball
