3 Is a Planned, movement based program instruction that helps students develop knowledge, motor skills, self-management skills and confidence needed to adapt and maintain a physically active life.

7 The heart and lungs play a big role in physical endurance. It helps circulate oxygenated blood across the body while endurance exercises. Also how quick the body is able to recover.

13 Aerobic exercise gets the heart working to pump blood through the heart more quickly and with more force than normal. It also strengthens the heart and boosts healthy cholesterol levels. 15

14 Anaerobic exercise is an exercise intense enough to trigger lactate formation. It promote strength, speed and power and by body builders to build muscle mass.
