Kit (See list provided) The centre provides wellies, waterproofs and boots All of own clothes/shoes etc should be clearly labelled Comfortable clothes for travelling Lots of layers of OLD clothes for adventurous activities. Footwear - 1 pair sturdy shoes/trainers – am/eve Towel Pillow - optional Water bottle AND small flask (clearly named)

Medication Medical questionnaire to complete If medication is required during visit inform school in writing with required dosage and frequency. Bring, labelled, on morning of departure Travel sickness – relevant medication - please let us know!!!

Pocket Money Purely optional, but maximum £5 for souvenirs/tuck shop Handed to school office by Fri 11th March please.

Electronic Equipment/Games Centre policy- no electronic games or mobile phones Allowed – (child’s sole responsibility) - camera (disposable?) - books/quiet games/writing materials

Information/Monies required by school £10 deposit and consent form to be in school by Friday 23 rd October Total cost = £100 or £10 for FSM Outstanding balance to be paid by Friday 11 th March Consent, Medical & Diet Form by Friday 15 th January £5 optional pocket money
