3. Needing the Camera  Located in the TOP drawer of the TAN file cabinet behind Lorrie’s desk  Sign the Blue folder  Will need to get the batteries  Located in the charger behind the trash can

4. Camera Ready? Turn the power on Point the camera towards your object Top of camera right edge press power Lens cap will come off if not remove lens cap Look through Viewfinder Press shutter lightly to autofocus Press shutter down hard to take picture

5. After Bring camera back to the lab Let Lorrie know you have pictures ready She will email you copies of pictures

6. You have mail!!! Open email Right click on 1 st pic Left click view file (Picture will be really BIG) Decide what to name the picture Close the picture

7. Right click on picture Left click Select Save Attachment Use the black arrow Find where you want to save picture Click where you want it to go

8. IMPORTANT Click where you want it to go Type the name you want for the picture Behind the name you must put.jpg behind the name Click save You are now ready to use your pics

9. Want to Print? Open email in the lab Save picture Insert picture into a WORD document How? Open WORD Select Insert>picture>from file Select file where you saved picture Move to word document

10. Ready to Print You can move picture on the page File>print Send to 970C (This is the color printer)

11. Placing on Your Web Page 1.Create your teacher page in WORD 2.Make sure you know where you saved your pic 3.Click on your Word document where you want your pic

12. WEB CONTINUES 4.Go to Insert>Picture>From File (Click on Black Arrow until you find where your picture is saved) Click on the picture Hit Insert 5.Resize, center, etc as you wish 6.Save your WORD document as a word doc, then as index.html 7.Open First Class and Home Page Folder

13. Almost there 8.Delete your old index.html file 9.Drag over your new index.html file 10.NEW STEP: drag over your picture into Home Page Folder 11.Close the Home Page Folder Now check the Internet to see if your page has the picture.

14. Problems If your picture is not there Repeat steps 7-11 once If the picture is still not there: Probably a code problem Email Lorrie or Don
