6 How did they do it? ➲ Went back to basics. ➲ Increased training levels at all levels. ➲ Changed to “bite size” training sessions. ➲ More on site training as opposed to classroom based. ➲ Training at times to suit the employees.

7 What can U do to match them? U se training that is “Learner friendly”. U se shorter training sessions on specific items rather than longer general training courses. U se more on site training. U se on line training for awareness training.

8 Benefits of on line training. ➲ Allows trainees to do the training when they like and for as long as they like. ➲ Allows great variety of training across demolition. ➲ Encourages the learner to do more whilst he is on line. ➲ Cost effective.
