2. Purpose To give the students an opportunity to experience one aspect of the music business that they cannot readily experience in school.

3. Who, When and Where? Students are invited if: ▪They are members of the HS/MS Advanced Bands ▪They having passing grades (Quarter 3) When and Where ▪Friday, March 11 – Saturday, March 12 th, 2016 ▪2 days/1 night ▪Anaheim, California

4. Disney Recording Session ▪Disney Performing ArtsDisney Performing Arts ▪Studio MusicianStudio Musician ▪Workshop includes: – Rehearsal session with pro – Real studio recording environment – Recording session to animated Disney Film

5. What’s included? ▪Transportation (Charter Bus) ▪Hotel (1 Night) – 4 students per room – 2 adults per room ▪Disney Recording Workshop ▪2 Day Disney Park Hopper Ticket ▪2 Dinners (ESPN Zone and Rainforest Café), 1 Breakfast (Provided by hotel)

6. General Itinerary Friday, March 11, 2016 5am – Depart from Losee (Bring your own breakfast) 8am – Stop in Barstow 11am – Arrive at Disneyland (*Lunch on your own) 6pm – Dinner in Downtown Disney (cost included) 9pm – Depart Disneyland for hotel 10pm – Check in, Bed time

7. General Itinerary Saturday, March 12, 2016 7am – Breakfast at hotel (cost included) 8am – Depart for Disneyland TBA – Recording session in Disney *Lunch on your own 6pm – Dinner in Downtown Disney (cost included) 10pm – Depart for home 3am (10/13) – Arrive at Somerset Losee

8. Chaperones 4-5 will be chosen by a lottery system.

Chaperone Responsibilities ▪Supervise students that are assigned to you. ▪Check in with assigned group throughout the day. ▪Help with instruments/cases for recording session. ▪Help with meal time coordination. ▪Supervise students in hotel, “tape them in” and “let them out”. ▪Take care of any individual needs or concerns.
