STORAGE MEDIA SIZES: BIT, BYTE, KILOBYTE, MEGABYTE, GIGABYTE, TERABYTE, ETC.
EXPANSION CARDS – VIDEO CARDS & ETC.

4. RAM Memory It is like your short term memory.
Memory for the computer to use for a short while and then forget about it (erase over it)
If you do a lot of multitasking or graphics you need moree of it

5. ROM MEMORY ROM IS READ ONLY MEMORY
BUILT INTO THE COMPUTER ON THE MOTHERBOARD LIKE A NEWBORN
DOS DISK OPERATING SYSTEM

6. BIT AND BYTE
A BIT IS THE SMALLEST UNIT OF INFORMATION EXAMPLES: ON/OFF, BLACK/WHITE, 0/1, OR ETC.
IN BINARY 8 BITS = BYTE

7. BIT AND BYTE 8 BITS = 1 BYTE 1000 BYTE = 1 KILOBYTE
1000 KILOBYTE = MEGABYTE
1000 MEGABYTE = 1 GIGABYTE
1000 GIGABYTE = 1 TERABYTE
1000 TERABYTE = 1 PETABYTE
1000 PETABYTE = 1 EXABYTE
