Between May and July 2006: –The 3 day ad hoc 13-15 June in Hillsboro, Oregon. –Suggested multiple teleconferences such as 31 May (Draft refinement and ad hoc meeting planning), 28 June (further Draft refinement), and 5 July (Draft refinement and July meeting planning). Suggestions between July and September 2006: –If we go to Letter Ballot in July we will be waiting for LB to close so probably one teleconference would be appropriate. –If we plan to go to Letter Ballot in September, perhaps bi-weekly teleconferences?
