9 Opening Act BLOG QUESTION: Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why? 1) As we saw in our unit 3 readings, stress may potentially lead to negative health outcomes. How does stress impact each of the above? 2) What are some health behaviors (positive and negative) that are associated with stress and how would they effect the above?

10 Seminar Question 1: Blogs, baby! 1) What have you learned about the diversity of goals that we create for our wellness? 2) Have any goals you have encountered on others’ blogs inspired you to update your own goals?

11 Seminar Question 2: Clients’ Goals 1) What are the similarities and differences between the goals of class members and the potential goals of your future clients? 2) Who are your potential clients? 3)How will you help your clients create goals?

12 Seminar Question 3: Living the Lesson Why is it important for health and wellness professionals to assess their own wellness and be integrating health strategies in their lives? 1) Can you effectively work with clients if your own wellness is substandard or you are not making positive changes in your own life?
