The D-24 industry asked that versions be marked on the cover of D-24, i.e. version 1, version 2 with date NRC licensees requested XML optional guidance “item level obligation tracking” by 1/1/2010. NMMSS to review and comment on XML reporting proposal

3. Recommendations (Cont’d) 741 Document Industry asked NRC to confirm whether or not gross weight can be made an optional field. NRC put an article in the NMMSS news notifying publication of proposed rules. Unified uranium Dan Noss to chair working group to further develop concept. ANSI Standard NRC is working to issue red guide-5.29- adopting standard as written

4. General Comments Improving general communication Industry requested additional XML examples of NMMSS reporting be placed on D-24 or Web site.
