4. + What needs to be addressed when advocating for an issue/problem POINTING out the problem and WHO it is affecting RESULTS of the issue if not addressed to the public/certain audience FACTS, STATISTICS, POLICIES that deal with the issue you are advocating for SOLUTIONS to the problem QUESTIONS for clarity
