Altering Inventory Items Clicking on the “Manage Inventory” tab brings you to the Site Inventory – Current Inventory screen This is a complete view of your site’s inventory in OSIIS Export your inventory list to Excel or as a PDF

The icons in the “Action” column allow you to alter inventory items To adjust inventory, select the “Adjust Inventory” icon Privately Purchased vaccine may be edited. Lot Number and Expiration Date may be altered using the “Modify Inventory Item” icon View inventory item changes with the “View Item Transactions” icon **NOTE: Federally Purchased inventory can be adjusted, but lot number and expiration date cannot be changed

Enter the number only that you want to adjust by OSIIS will automatically make it positive or negative based on the chosen Adjustment Reason “Quantity after Adjustment” will auto-complete Enter a Comment explaining why you made the adjustment

19. Select “Modify Inventory Item” for a Privately Purchased item to access the Modify Inventory Item Screen

Creating a Transfer Click on the “Transfer” tab to view the Site Inventory - Transfer Inventory screen This is a full list of all of the OSIIS inventory items available for transfer To see a list of outgoing transfers, select “Pending Transfers”
