4.  To put on the devil the Christian must first take of Christ! 2 Tim. 4:10  Light and darkness are incompatible: 2 Cor. 6:14; Acts 26:18; 1 Thess. 5:5; Jn. 8:12  We cannot be for and against the Lord at the same time: Matt. 12:30; Lk. 11:17; Rev. 3:15-16  Our love for the Lord, or lack thereof, is measured by our deeds: Jn. 3:19; Jas. 1:27  A Christian stepping back into the world is an ugly picture! 2 Pet. 2:20-22 4

6.  Brethren wearing the devil are noticeable:  Lack of concern for Bible study: Acts 28:26-27; 17:11; Jn. 5:39; 2 Tim. 3:7; 3:5  Lack interest in the Lord’s work: 1 Cor. 15:58; Hag. 1:3-11; Jn. 14:15  Lack of love for the truth: Matt. 15:1-9; Gal. 1:6-12  Justify worldly behavior: Jas. 4:4; Acts 7:51-60  Lack zeal for worship: Heb. 10:24-25  Seek to be divisive: 1 Cor. 1:10-13; 3:1-5; 2 Jn. 9-11 6 Putting On the Devil and Wearing Him Everywhere

12.  What does it mean? 13. 13  Are you clothed with the garments of Satan?!  If so, cast them off!  Put God first in your life and every- thing else will fall into place! Rom. 8:28
