7. FY 08 FLEX Grant Update Last year our application received a 99% ! New reporting requirements – more detail & quantative data (who, how many, how much) and more justification for subcontracts Objectives: (1-3 are required) 1. QI/PI 2. Evaluation 3. Integration of Trauma/EMS, 4. Supporting Hospitals & Networking 5. Expanding SRHP We will be seeking input and recommendations

Statewide Quality/Performance Improvement Project 2008-2009 Project cycle: September 1, 2008 - August 31, 2009 Services: - Consultation/Education (Bainbridge and Associates) - Quality Health Indicators (QHi) - Patient satisfaction program support (KHA) Expectation of hospitals: $1,000 investment in project (SHIP application) Ongoing FLEX funding support
