1 st we will set up your signature Click on the option tab Then select or de-select the checks on the appropriate boxes Design a signature using font and color Place a check in the box, below if you want it to automatically appear when you compose a message.

Making folders to organize materials Right click for dialog box. Make sure you have the inbox selected

Making a Distribution List Make sure you chose contacts on the left and then click new Chose distribution list to create a list for parents, depts., or staff.

Name the List – I called mine parents Insert name When you are finished, click save and close
