On-Site Mediation Strategy Steps to use On-Site Mediation: Teacher implements all classroom strategies in toolbox If teacher has exhausted all of their strategies i.e. seating changes, working with teaching partner etc., Call member of On-Site Mediation Team Situation #1- Member of team takes over the class, while teacher and student(s) come to resolution to conflict/issue Situation #2- Member will take student to Student Success Room or Student Services to do further problem solving, with specific focus being paid to Character Development and STAR!
