* Flash Flooding from tropical downpours. * TURN AROUND; DON’T DROWN! * For waterways--Flood threat mainly small to medium streams during (and continuing immediately after) more intense downpours. * Less impact on mainstem rivers. * Severe Thunderstorms possible—damaging wind is the main threat; mainly afternoon and evening.

* More rainfall could cause rivers to rise rapidly * Locally heavy rain could cause road closures in low lying areas and possibly low lying homes to become flooded, particularly, where it has already been saturated.
