3.  4-H has been invited to run the recipe contest again! ◦ Ariel will be acting as the liaison and doing the advanced planning ◦ Will need ~20 volunteers (adults and teens) to help on Sunday, April 17 th  4-H groups may also volunteer at the entire event ◦ Asparagus festival will donate $5 per volunteer hour to the group if they have 501-(c)3 status ◦ Sign up at http://sanjoaquinasparagusfestival.net/volunteers.html http://sanjoaquinasparagusfestival.net/volunteers.html

5.  Not a familiar term to new members, so changed section name to “Star Ranks, Awards, and Scholarships”  Planning to add information about County Leader Awards, Golden Clover Award, etc.  Ruby/Sapphire Star page temporarily disabled until a Key Leader is appointed

6.  Community Club meetings have been added to calendar ◦ Additional club-level events can be added as well, just contact Michelle or Ariel  Event pages have been standardized ◦ Yellow box = Important info about this year’s event ◦ White box = General information and resources ◦ Blue box = Registration information

7.  Added Curriculum Library list ◦ Every curriculum currently in the County 4-H Learning Center is on this list ◦ Working on expanding collection, and making some available as PDFs on website  Record Book Information is now in this section  Will be evaluating County Forms section next  Future additions: ◦ Equipment list (stuff that can be checked-out) ◦ Fundraising resources
