2. Predicate Nouns
A noun in the predicate that renames the subject is a predicate noun. (has to be a noun)
Luis is a boy.
Subject Pred. Noun
You could put the Predicate Noun in for the subject and it would make sense.

3. Predicate Adjective
An adjective in the predicate that describes the subject.
The man is tall and ugly.
Subject Predicate Adjectives
Follows a linking verb
Linking verbs connect subject to adjective or another noun

4. English writer J.R.R.Tolkien became famous for The Hobbit.
