3. Decimals Decimal are numbers with a point or decimal place 100/100 is 1.0 1/100 is 0.01 1/10 is 0.1 67/1000 is 0.067 Denominator is always like 10 or 1000 or ends with all zeros

4. Percents Percents are numbers from 1 to 100 20% means 1/5 or 20/100 or 0.2 Percents are decimals times 100 0.01 *100 = 1 % The percent sign is % Lots of things are in percent grades, calcium, sports records
