5 How do I add most value? What do people regularly say I am good at? If I think of a time that I significantly influenced others what specifically did I do? When do I feel most confident and control in my work? How does my company or client benefit from my approach? What makes me unique?

9 When do I feel less than confident in my work? Could I be a better communicator? If so how could I improve? Are there times when I wish I could be better in my role, if so when? What do I consistently worry about in my work? What do I see in others that I would like to see in myself? What do I find challenging?

What type of language does this person respond best to? What is the best outcome for this meeting/ encounter? Do I know my audience?
