3 What is the Physical Profile? A record of the student’s growth and physical progress in grades 5-12. A record of the student’s growth and physical progress in grades 5-12. 5 How We Developed The Profile We examined other software. We examined other software. The Physical Education Department determined what the needs of our students are and whether we were meeting the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards. 6 How We Developed The Profile Brought the ideas to the Technology Department to determine the feasibility of the idea. 9 How it is Administered The school nurse screens for height, weight and pulse. The school nurse screens for height, weight and pulse. They seal the information and give it to the Physical Education teachers who then passes it on, unopened, to the student for input.
