5. Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh visited Havana during 14-17 September, 2006 to attend the XIV NAM Summit. In December, 1992 while Cuba was passing through severe economic crisis, India donated 10,000 tons of wheat and 10,000 tons of rice which was highly appreciated by Cuba. In June 2008,India and Cuba finalized India Cuba Hydrocarbon Agreement for cooperation in the oil and gas sector.
