As a class, complete a graphic organizer on the interactive white board about a school bus. Tell the students to generate describing words about a school bus. Use the shared pen method to complete the graphic organizer.

Assessment Activity- 5 th Grade The students will be given a graphic organizer to complete individually. Each student will select their own topic. The students will generate describing words about their topic and complete the word web.
