4 Goals Develop a systematic and uniform way of transferring information for the purpose of accurately compiling statistics and supporting the rules passed by the Commission Satisfy the requirement of the Compact enabling legislation to create an offender tracking system

5 Goals, cont. Improve accuracy of the data transferred between states. Reduce the time required for communication between states. Create a system that is capable of interfacing with existing case management application. Provide a web-based application that can be accessed ICAOS member states. Allow victims and other members of the public to be able to search the database of active offenders and view a portion of the information.

7 What has been done? Daily correspondence between National Office and Softscape Articles written and published Presentations to organizations and states Transitioned from contracted Project Manager to staff member Sheila Perry Hired Xavier Donnelly as Commission staff member
