1. How To Request (Reserve) A Book ?

2. Online Request (Reserve) To request a book, enter the book title, e.g. “Malaysian taxation principles and practices”, to see whether it is available in the library.

3. If you found the book you want and the status is “On Loan”, you may request (reserve) it by clicking the “Request” button. Online Request (Reserve) Click here to Request

4. Note: Select your pick-up location, e.g. if you are studying in Perak Campus, choose ML (Perak Campus). Online Request (Reserve) Type Patron ID here.

5. Your request has been successfully processed. Online Request (Reserve)

6. If you found the book you want and the status is “Available” in your campus library, you are not allowed to “Request”. You have to come to the Library to borrow it. Online Request (Reserve)

7. However, if you found the book you want is in another campus library, and the status is “Available”, you are required to fill in the “Inter-Campus Loan” form to request it. Online Request (Reserve) Click here to Request

8. In order to view the status of your requested item, you may login to Patron Account again. Online Request (Reserve) Type Patron ID & Password here

9. You may check the status of the book you have requested. The library will keep your requested book for you for 3 days. Online Request (Reserve) Note: Library System will automatically send you an email if the book is available for pick-up! Check your email regularly! Pending means the book is still on loan 'by others'.

10. You may cancel the request if you do not need it anymore. Online Request (Reserve) Click here to cancel the request.
