4 Guidelines: Key Changes Request “phase in” of implementation Spring-Summer 20152015-162016-17 Train induction and PK-5 continuing contract teachers train on SLO process. Induction teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation Annual contract teachers train on SLOs. PK-5 Continuing Contract teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation 6-12 Continuing Contract teachers train on SLOs Practice is measured using SAFE-T and one of the following rubrics: SAFE-T, SC Teaching Standards, Enhanced ADEPT or district developed aligned rubric. Annual Contract teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation. 6-12 Continuing Contract teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation. Practice evaluation TBD per procurement of statewide rubric.
