Challenges for implementation 26.01.2016 IGVM - Brussels Supported by the Criminal Justice Programme of the European Union Using the Guide to its maximum potential The guide caters for all these separate authorities: ● Furthering understanding (what does mediation mean, proof of efficiency) ● Promoting positive attitudes towards mediation (knowing why and how we should use it) ● Enabling good co-operation between authorities (speaking the same language, knowing the same terms)
