2 Who are they? Founded in 1972 by Jean Marie Le Pen Party finished in 2 nd place behind Jacques Chirac in the runoff to the 2002 election in France Recently changed leader with Marine Le Pen taking control of the party Recent election successes (see Telegraph article from 21 March 2011.
