AFTER THE RAIN VISUAL MEDITATION

Sit comfortably in a chair. Feet on the floor. Hands gently resting on your lap

Take a deep breath in, hold for a few moments, ……then exhale slowly

Breathe in through your nose hold the breath for a few moments and then…. exhale slowly through your mouth….

Be mindful of the rhythm of your breath

Let any thoughts flow away as you continue to focus on your breath Breathing in……. hold……….. Breathing out……

Bring your attention back to the present moment…..
