15 Box 3: Face: Face is a flat surface, typically outside surface of any 2D and or 3D object Edge: Edge is a line that connects faces together. It is a line where two faces meet. Vertices: Vertex is a point or corer where edges and or multiple faces meet

A cube, just like a rectangular prism, has 6 faces (all squares), 8 vertices, and 12 edges.

A rectangular pyramid has 5 faces. Its base is a rectangle or a square and the other 4 faces are triangles. It has 8 edges and 5 vertices.
