Slide: 4 Lesson learned Conference became available for larger audience Added visibility for EUMETSAT Training Collaboration with CALMet Online added participants for the session New learning about how to stream sessions Using Moodle allowed better tracking of registered users logging in the event Switching between presentations types may be confusing Event was offering (intentionally) almost one-way communication only Recommendations Continue broadcasting from training events Define a maximum number for remote presentations (max 30%, last changes from on-site to remote presentation should be avoided) Test. Even more testing on-site prior to the session to minimise problems Use professionals for broadcasting when feasible. At the same time learn to do streaming also ourselves.
