2. Agrupamento Vertical de Escolas de Vila Pouca de Aguiar The museum of Vila Pouca de Aguiar is held, this 2007 in a former building of the seventeenth century. The Museum has got five permanent exhibition halls and a room for the temporary exhibition.

4. The museum has got objects from our region since Prehistory, Roman Occupation, the Middle Age, till today. It has also got a collection of Roman coins and many archaeological remains.

6. This year, the temporary exhibition presents, a collection of posters of the fauna and flora of the region of Vila Pouca de Aguiar. Here we find diverse habitats with the necessary conditions for the survival of typical species: wolf, fox, wild goat, otter, vulgar eagle and so on.

8. This Iberian Wolf was taken in Vila Pouca de Aguiar and yet transported to the Natural Reserve located in Malcata Mountains. Now we have pedestrian path, with trading guide: wolf, riparian ecosystems, mountain heathlands or birds of prey.

10. Well, this historic building with an old church, as seen, was renovated to receive objects from the past. The museum is not just a store area. This time helped us to understand the flora and fauna of our region.
