Flight activities involving multiple flights at the same location, and on the same day (such as orientation flights, flight academy sorties, etc.), may be released on CAPF 99 without passenger, flight time and estimated landing time information, in lieu of prior eFlight release, provided each participating aircraft and PIC combination is identified in advance and that someone on the ground at the activity site tracks aircraft occupants and flight times for reporting back to the FRO for later entry as eFlight releases.
